HOW IS IT SENT? The voucher will be sent as an email. 

HOW DO I REDEEM? The GIFTED.PH BCODE voucher code is a 10 digit all-numeric code found on the upper right hand side of the email you received. Once you have the code, simply proceed to any Chowking Restaurant and inform them that you have a GIFTED.PH BCODE voucher to redeem so that the cashier can be guided to use the correct redemption process. Present the copy of the voucher through your mobile phone to claim your meal then enjoy your gift!

Important Reminder: Please ask restaurant cashier to double check that the instructions that they are using is for GIFTED.PH BCODE to ensure correct processing.

Terms and Conditions: Gifted.PH will verify all orders before processing. The voucher is valid after receiving it. It can be redeemed in the participating branches for the indicated product on the voucher. It expires after 6 months, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, is for one time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess of the value of the gift certificate. Both Gifted.PH and the merchant are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate. The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their own products and services.

Terms and Condition
  • The eGift can be redeemed in all participating stores. Please check the list of stores here.
  • Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount or item. To use the eGift at the store, the code must be given by the recipient to the store manager for validation.
  • The recipient must wait for the store manager to finish the validation process. The store manager will receive a validation response indicating the eGift amount and validity. The store manager will follow only what is indicated in the validation response.
  • In the event that the store's eGift validation system is offline or unavailable, the store manager shall politely decline to accept the eGift. The recipient may still use the eGift when the system is back online.
  • The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. The recipient must only give this to the store manager once he/she commits to use it at the store.
  • The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
  • Maximum of five eGift codes may be used per transaction but the recipient can have multiple transactions per day.
  • The eGift may not be used in conjunction with Happy Plus.
  • Notice: During the redemption, stores will get eGift code only and will NOT collect any information from customers. Protect your personal information.
